General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Effective: April 21, 2026
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) regulate the use of Autohof Tompa truck parking and accommodation services, as well as website usage.
1. Contracting Parties
Service Provider: Sebestyén Nikola, sole proprietor, 6422 Tompa, Szabadföld Tanya 22, Hungary
Customer/User: Any person or organization that visits the website or uses services
The contract is formed between the Customer and the Service Provider when the Customer accepts these terms.
2. Services Description
Autohof Tompa provides the following services:
2.1. Truck Parking Spaces
- Secure parking spaces for international trucks
- 24/7 operation
- Supervised area
- Water and electrical connections (if available)
- Security lighting
2.2. Additional Services
- WiFi internet access
- Restroom facilities
- Storage building (under development)
3. Booking
3.1. Booking Method
Parking spaces can only be booked through www.autohoftompa.eu. Required information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name (if applicable)
- Vehicle type and license plate
- Arrival and departure dates/times
3.2. Booking Confirmation
After booking, the customer receives email confirmation with booking details and reference number. This email serves as contract proof.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1. Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on the website and specified at booking.
Price includes: Secured parking space
Price excludes: Additional services (WiFi, etc.), charged separately
4.2. Payment Methods
Autohof Tompa accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card (online booking)
- Cash (on-site)
4.3. Payment Terms
For online bookings, payment is deducted before service provision. For other payment methods, customers must pay on-site or by agreed deadline.
4.4. Invoicing
Autohof Tompa issues an invoice for every booking sent via email or printed upon request.
5. Booking Modification and Cancellation
5.1. Modification
Bookings can be modified before arrival if Autohof Tompa receives notification at least 24 hours in advance via email (autohoftompa@gmail.com) or phone.
5.2. Cancellation
Booking modification or cancellation is possible after direct coordination with Autohof Tompa. Contact autohoftompa@gmail.com or by phone.
6. Liability and Risk
6.1. Risk Bearing
Autohof Tompa provides 24/7 supervision and security measures. However, customers use services at their own risk. Autohof Tompa is NOT liable for vehicle theft, damage by third parties, natural disasters, or damages not resulting from our negligence.
7. Customer Obligations
Services must be used lawfully only. Prohibited activities include illegal activities, drug trafficking, human trafficking, website attacks, etc. Customers must provide accurate information and maintain vehicles in safe condition.
8. Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law: Hungarian law
Competent Court: Hungarian courts in the competent jurisdiction
Online Dispute Resolution: EU ODR Platform
