Right of Withdrawal
1. Who is eligible to withdraw?
Consumers may withdraw from the Autohof Tompa parking service within 14 days from the online booking confirmation.
2. Right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Business (B2B) bookings
- Parking services that have already started or been fully completed (if payment has been made)
3. How to withdraw?
Please send an email to autohoftompa@gmail.com with your withdrawal request. The email should include:
- The booking reference number
- Your full name
- Reason for withdrawal (optional)
4. Refund
In case of a valid withdrawal, Autohof Tompa will refund the paid amount to the original payment method within 14 days.
If parking has already started: The amount for the unused period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
5. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period begins from the date of the online booking confirmation.
