Warranty

We provide a quality warranty on our services. The warranty period is 12 months.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers parking space security (24-hour video surveillance, fencing, access control) and additional services. It does not cover damage resulting from customer negligence, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.

How to claim the warranty?

Send an email to autohoftompa@gmail.com describing the problem. We will respond within 24 hours and resolve the issue within 30 days.
